ReplyDeleteThey don't take all those who have cleared the cut off. That is a required criterion. They take on the basis of minimum proportionality in each state. You have to come in the top list of your state. This varies from state to state.
ReplyDeleteThe formula is A=X/Y*300 where X is the number above cut-off i.e >96 from your state & Y is the number above cut-off nationally & A is the number selected for INChO from that state.
